Early identification and treatment are therefore vital. The MyJournE app uses data from schools and mood monitoring surveys to support young people's mental health.

Previous research has shown this relationship, but it has been difficult to understand the magnitude of this impact and describe it a way that could be meaningful to young people, families and staff within health and education settings.
