Our Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Strategy

This strategy details our ambition, aim, principles and goals for equality, diversity, and inclusion at the King’s Clinical Research Facility for 2023-2025. This strategy is a live document, and it will be revised and updated for 2025-2028 to reflect our progress and our evolving relationship with our partners and collaborators. This document also outlines how we will evaluate our equality, diversity, and inclusion activities.

This strategy document was written by CRF staff Elka Giemza and Cat Harvey, with review and improvements by the King’s College Hospital equality, diversity and inclusion team and further members of the CRF staff.
