The Centre for Translational Informatics (CTI) is a unique research partnership providing a front door to collaboration with the digital health industry.
The Centre for Translational Informatics brings together Informatics infrastructure established through previous rounds of NIHR Biomedical Research Centre funding, augmented with funding from South London and Maudsley, King's College London and local Maudsley and GSTT charities.
Located in new facilities in the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience, it includes the Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) eHealth programme, previously hosted within the BRC Nucleus facility, the Rosalind Cloud and High Performance Compute infrastructure and Informatics programmes associated with this new phase of NIHR Maudsley BRC award (Dec 2022 to Mar 2028).
Led jointly by South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust and the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience at King’s College London, the CTI aims to drive digital innovation in mental health, finding new ways of improving healthcare using digital technologies and accelerating their delivery to patients.
