Pampa has an MSc in Mathematics from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science & Applications (PGDCSA) from BHU, India and has an OCP with experience in working extensively in UK in the banking sector. She also has a long experience within the NHS in development and support of the clinical applications within a niche area in the cardiothoracic department. She was also involved with cleaning the data, data quality, data completeness and data integrity.

In her current role as a Senior Clinical Informatician at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC), she provides advanced data extraction services from CRIS and externally-linked databases for senior researchers, clinical academics and bio-informaticians.
