Zoe has a BSc in Psychology from University College London and an MSc in War & Psychiatry from the Institute of Psychology, Psychiatry and Neuroscience, King’s College London. She has a background in health inequalities research and is currently undertaking a PhD to examine exposure to violence for nurses across ethnic groups
In 2023, Zoe joined the Centre for Translational Informatics as the Evaluation Lead for the Clinical Informatics Service, funded by Maudsley Charity. Her role involves planning and carrying out mixed methods evaluation using frameworks for public health and technological innovation in health. Taking an iterative approach to evaluation, Zoe works closely with clinical stakeholders to define requirements and gather feedback through a user-led design process. Zoe is also co-lead of the Clinical Informatics Service Advisory Group which consists of a diverse group of service users and carers in the SLaM catchment area.
