David graduated with an MBBS in medicine from the University of Newcastle and completed his training in psychiatry at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. He completed an MSc in Health Informatics at UCL in 2021.

David is currently working as a consultant in Liaison Psychiatry in Lewisham hospital and, as a clinical lead in the Clinical Informatics Service, is responsible for ensuring that accurate and relevant data are presented back to clinicians in the most usable way to support good-quality clinical and service-level decisions.
